PROGRAMS

Training sessions are held several days per week. Check our class schedule and find the one that fits best for you. Children and Adults class available.

Meet the Instructor

Takamichi Maeshima

Sensei Taka Maeshima is 6th Dan (6th degree black belt) Shotokan Karate and 2nd Dan (2nd degree black belt) Kodokan Judo. He has also explored to learn Okinawan Karate, Shin Do Ryu, since 2013.

His competition careers were winning the National Kata Champion 2 times, in 2014 and 2015 and belonging to the ISKF (International Shotokan Karate Federation) US national US team from 2000 to 2008. He has over 20 years of teaching experience.
